Mini Razor Blade Scraper applications and how to use it
The Micro-Removal ROI:
Strategic Surface Preparation Guide
In industrial facility management, the difference between a clean surface and a damaged substrate is measured in degrees. Master the science of micro-scraping.
Wholesale Supply Chain Intelligence
A mini razor blade scraper is not just a cleaning accessory; it is a precision handheld instrument designed for the strategic removal of contaminants without compromising surface integrity. In a high-throughput industrial environment, inefficient scraping leads to non-billable labor hours and irreversible damage to glass, metal, or painted substrates.

SOP: Technical Attack & Angle Logic
To optimize tool life and substrate safety, LEMATEC Engineering recommends the following Standard Operating Procedure:
Select the blade based on substrate hardness. Use stainless steel for glass/hard metal; use plastic blades for sensitive clear-coats or alloys.
Position the blade at a 10-30 degree angle. Too steep will etch the surface; too shallow will slip over the contaminant.
Apply medium, consistent pressure in short bursts. Avoid aggressive heavy-handed strokes that cause blade "chatter" and uneven removal.
A dull blade is a dangerous blade. Replace the blade the moment you feel increased resistance to ensure precision and safety.
The global standard for precision scraping. Features a high-impact ergonomic handle, rapid-change blade mechanism, and compatibility with standard industrial razor refills.
